I’ve been against CC licenses pretty much from the start. Mind you, it’s not the idea of licensing that bothered me, but the way things work in the real world. Nobody really examines the terms of the license, they just presume they can do whatever they want with it. But there’s one more catch to be had.

That’s why I continue to go the old way… if you want to use my photos for anything other than editorial, non-commercial use just ask and we’ll work something out.
