Most traveled man

At age 40, Charles Veley of San Francisco has visited 518, or 90% of the 572 countries, territories, autonomous regions, enclaves, geographically separated island groups, and major states and provinces of the world.
Based on this, he claims to be the world’s Most Traveled Person.

Being a 35-40 year old dot-com millionaire sure is fun…

a dog & a frisbee

these things are always fun…

RSS version 3

rss3.org site would like to see ver. 3

replace the outdated RSS 0.9x and RSS 2.0 ones by extensively documenting the RSS language, thereby solving common problems with the existing standards…….while politely competing with or complimenting others such as RSS 1.0 and Atom.

Today they published the first draft for RSS 3 lite that is

a reduced form of the RSS Version 3 standard, intended to be used by low-end aggregators or similar applications

Wait and see is the name of the game… Microsoft is already dealing with the issue of usability (more specifically – how to make it sound friendly to ordinary users). At the moment it seems as if Web Feeds might replace the current mess of orange icons with RSS/XML/ATOM/Syndication etc.
