Comments(0) Michael Beirut of the Design Observer pays tribute to Arnold Newman, one of the greatest portrait photographers ever, with a recollection of an amusing interview that happened some 25 years ago.
“May I ask you a few questions?”
“Yes?”
“First, do you do portraits?”
There was a long pause. Finally: “Er…yes, I do portraits.”
Luckily we now have Google.
