A proper PowerPoint presentation

I admit it’s not terribly extensive but the piece by Kevin Kelly does raise some good points –  Beyond Bullet Points (pun intended)

The medium of PowerPoint is one of visual storytelling.
These are not bullet points that the audience
are meant to read.
It might sound counterintuitive, but when you put less information on a slide, you increase the audience’s attention because the audience is then dependent on the speaker for explanation, and the speaker is dependent on the audience for feedback.

Let us hope we do not have to listen to yet another boring presentation with hundreds of lines of text, boring paragraphs and reading right off the slide instead of speaking.*

SNOOOOOOOZE

*y’know damn well who’s to blame
