After months of neglect I’ve managed to come up with a new photography  portfolio site for myself (must be 7th or so version since 2001). This time around I wanted to keep it as simple as possible.

For the curious among you… the first one was hosted on  Brinkster but unfurtunately did not get picked up by the  web archive. Well, fortunate for me though (believe me, it wasn’t a pretty sight).

I’m kindly asking for any feedback you might have. I’m aware of some problems & working to fix them but there may be some details I’ve missed. Functional issues, design issues, whatever you come up with is fine.

Galinsky Travel Packs

Galinsky travel packs are condensed versions of the galinsky building pages for a particular area, collected together in an easily printable pdf format with accompanying map, for use when traveling. Currently we offer travel packs for Paris, New York, London, Japan and Switzerland.

So cool… pretty much the only travel guide I need.

Just one look at  the Amazing Whale Jaw (by  NIO architecten), otherwise known as the Hoofdorp Bus Station, or the Cloud Gate (aka The Bean) by Anish Kapoor in Chicago  Millenium Park tells it all.

According to
 Simon Glynn the whale jaw is:

the world’s biggest structure built entirely from synthetic materials: factory-cut polystyrene foam with a polyester skin.
